Tandberg systems sometimes cannot connect to the ESnet MCU's. 

If you have this problem, try turning off the following Tandberg features:

H.264 video

 To disable H.264 video, uncheck this option under Call Quality

H.239 dual streaming

To disable H.239, uncheck this item under Call Quality

Encryption

Set Encryption to Off under the Security Screen in order to shut this feature.
