PolyCom ViewStation Additional Advice

The following new information from a customer may help you connect to ESnet resources:

1. The web interface is not reliable for all features.

2. You must upgrade your Polycom to software version 7.5
   
3. In the web-interface gatekeeper setup (only in v 7.5) set "send the preferred alias only to the gatekeeper" to YES

4. In the Polycom menu using the remote in the Gatekeeper menu set the outbound call route from gateway to ISDN.
