Gnomemeeting "No Common Codec" Cure for ESnet

Only tested with Gnomemeeting 1.0.2 on Fedora Core 3.

Set up Gnomemeeting following the instructions at:

http://highenergy.phys.ttu.edu/projects/sam/gnomemeeting.html

(some slight differences due to GUI changes but basically the same)

Next go to the menu item: Edit -> Preferences. In the nested tree in the
left hand pannel choose: "H.323 Settings" -> "Advanced Settings". Remove
the tick mark in the white box next to "Enable early H.245".

This will fix the problem and you will be able to connect to ESnet!
